If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will promptly assess the issue and, if necessary, replace the item. Our commitment to customer satisfaction is unwavering, and that is our Satisfaction Guarantee Commitment to you!
Customization and Production Process:
- We kindly request that you double-check the spelling and details provided during the ordering process, as any mistakes on spelling are the customer's responsibility.
- Due to the personalized nature of our products, cancellations are not possible after the design preview has been reviewed by you and approved for production.
- If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please email shop@pristinecustom.com immediately with your order number and we will do our best to fulfill the request.
- To ensure the design is correct, you have the option to request a preview of your customized sign before production. Please be aware that selecting this option may extend the time it takes to receive your order, as production begins after your approval.
- Please note that all custom orders are non-refundable.
- Please allow 2 to 5 business days from the purchase and preview approval date for production of your custom order before it is shipped.
- Typical time to receive your order after purchase is 6 to 12 days.
